Dell DRAC firmware update - Inventory failed on EM64T

Hi,

Has anyone had any "Inventory failed" error when trying to upgrade a
Dell DRAC firmware (RAC_FRMW_LX_R212716.BIN) ?

I am trying to run the firmware upgrade on a Gentoo Linux EM64T.
I already installed some required libs/utilities such as:
  app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-compat
  sys-libs/libsmbios
  sys-apps/pciutils
  app-arch/rpm

I also did a ln -s /usr/sbin/lspci /usr/bin/lspci because the
firmware upgrade was expecting the lspci to be in /usr/bin.
