omreport showing a degraded array after bios update

Scratch that folks.  I found that it can be a combination of either  
the RAID Controller Firmware or the Linux Kernel Driver being 'out of  
date'..  I've documented my trouble here:

I was under the impression that 'omreport storage controller' was  
giving worse information than I thought.  The info I was actually  
concerned about was the state of the array.. 'omreport storage vdisk'.
