omreport showing a degraded array after bios update

Hello all,

My apologies if this is not directly related to firmware-tools (as I'm  
not using it in this case) however I am using the dell .BIN update  
files for 2950, 2970, and R900.  In a number of cases we are seeing  
that the RAID array is showing as degraded.  Seems similar to this:

However, looking at the box physically... there is nothing wrong.  I  
can find references all over google related to this type of 'false  
negative' but have yet to find a resolution.
