Vostro 1710 Bios Upgrade Issue

I own a Vostro 1710

I use Ubuntu

When I recieved the system the Bios was A02.

I need to pugrade to A10 (there is the update .exe for windows systems
to that version)

My getSystemId shows:

Unfortunatelly in http://linux.dell.com/repo/software/bios-hdrs/dup/
the HRD for my system is missing.

Also doing an "update_firmware" I get an "Did not find a newer package
to install that meets all installation checks."

How can I get the correct .hdr or install using the windows
V1710A10.exe under Linux enviromen (forget wine)
