new dell-dup package posted

Dell-dup will eventually have a dell_inventory_collector dependency. I didnt want to add that dep until I got all of the quirks ironed out. What will probably happen is that I will add dell_inventory_collector to the bootstrap list inf firmware-addon-dell.

Wow. Bootstrap_firmware is much faster!

Should the new dell-dup package have a dependancy on the  
dell_inventory_collector? Without dell_inventory_collector, I don't  
get any firmware updates. Adding it, I get all additional (I assume  
DUP based) updates such as BMC_Firmware, RAC, SAS, and Server_BIOS  
packages.
