Newbie - installed firmware_tools on CentOS 5 x86_64 but can't get bootstrap_firmware command to work

Hello all:

I've just installed the firmware_addon_tools packages and the repository
according to the instructions at Dell Repository/firmware Wiki.  When I
type the bootstrap_firmware command, I get:

[root at merge01 ~]# bootstrap_firmware
Config Error: Plugin "firmware_addon_dell.extract_bios" cannot be found.

I looked at the /usr/sbin/bootstrap_firmware command and I saw that it
was adding the python site-packages directory.  Going out there, I see
that firmwaretools and firmware_addon_dell directories are there.  The
extract_bios.py* files are in the firmware_addon_dell directory.

What is broken and how do I fix it?
