Worked for getting the packages installed.
[root at radian ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS release 4.5 (Final)
[root at radian ~]# getSystemId
Libsmbios: 0.13.10
System ID: 0x011B
Service Tag: ...
Express Service Code: ...
Product Name: PowerEdge 1650
BIOS Version: A11
Vendor: Dell Computer Corporation
Is Dell: 1

I was able to install the following parts.
ESM_Firmware_componentid_00160_for_PowerEdge_1650
PERC3_Di_ven_0x1028_dev_0x000a_subven_0x1028_subdev_0x011b_for_PowerEdge
_1650

I haven't run the update yet, but I assume it works :)

The only comments I have are the bootstrap_firmware outputs.
No handlers could be found for logger "trace.firmwaretools"
which I don't mind.

And I noticed that the bootstrap_firmware command took longer then I
was used to.
real 0m30.258s
user 0m3.139s
sys 0m1.639s
And I just bring it up so that others know what to expect.
