bootstrap_firmware failing

Im having another problem with bootstrap_firmware under RHEL4

 

Ive installed firmware-addon-dell-2.0.5-1.el4 but when I run
bootstrap_firmware I get:

 

[root at localhost ~]# bootstrap_firmware

No handlers could be found for logger "trace.firmwaretools"

Config Error: Plugin "firmware_addon_dell.extract_bios" cannot be found.

 

Some postings to the list suggest I also require the firmware-extract
package.

 

However when I try to install this it has dependency's as follows:

 

Error: Missing Dependency: python-sqlite2 is needed by package
firmware-extract

Error: Missing Dependency: python-sqlobject is needed by package
firmware-extract

 

However I cant seem 2 find either of these 2 packages for RHEL4, can
anyone point me in the right direction?
