missing BIOS updates for 0x01b3

I might have to find another way of running the bios updates if I
can't get them from the repo.  I need to have these new cores in place
within the week or we're hose production wise.

Sad thing about it is that it looks like it's only a final check the
the machine throws the error and refuses to use the cpus.  IT runs
memory tests, loads firmware for everything, and then right before it
would start loading the OS some bogus check is off by one bit and my
machine won't conitinue.

Someone needs to set up some kind of nagios monitoring for the bios
repo.  hahaha.  :)
