firmware-addon-dell 1.4.10 assumes /usr/sbin is in PATH

Hello,

firmware-addon-dell 1.4.10 assumes that it can find getSystemId in PATH; this 
is not always the case, for example when running "sudo bootstrap_firmware" as 
a normal user on EL5.  Crude fix against current git attached.
