move python modules into 'firmwaretools' package

    Part of the package review for the debian packages was a
recommendation that we move all of the various python modules into a
separate python package. I decided to create a firmwaretools python
subpackage to hold all of the python modules. I have completed this and
pushed the git changesets packages for firmware-tools and
firmware-addon-dell. I have not made official builds of these yet,
though. These changes will show up as version 1.3.0 in the next day or
so.

    I will be making official builds of 1.3.0 as soon as I have
completed testing. If you would like to test these changes yourself,
please look at the latest git repository.
