[PATCH]Debian files

I've attached the patch for firmware-addon-dell and I've pushed the
changes in both the firmware-tools and firmware-addon-dell debian files
in to staging.

This patch looks good. Have you pushed it to staging/?

Go ahead.

The only slight adjustment is that the copyright should say something
like, "This program is licensed under the OSL v2.0. Alternatively, you
may also license under GPL, below.  ... GPL boilerplate ..."
