historical tarball imports into git repository

    I have imported the full existing history of firmware-tools and
firmware-addon-dell[1].

    There is now a branch on the master repository called historical
into which I have imported all of the historical tarballs posted for
download. I have also tagged the repo with each version so that you can
check out older versions and eg. do diffs and whatnot.

    To get the tags for the old versions, do a "git pull --tags" if you
have any existing clones. All new clones should get the tags
automatically.

[1] - There was a mirroring accident some time ago in which much history
was lost, so history doesnt go all the way back.
