staging repos & debian/ubuntu review items

Sandeep, Sadhana,
There are two or three different workflows we can use for
collaborating using git. I can pull from you if you set up http://
accessible repos. You can send patches to mailing list only. Or you can
push to the public repo directly.

I think for now, you guys can just push to the public repo directly.
I'd like to practice a few times first, though. I have set up repos
under staging/ that you can push to.

In general, please send patches to the public mailing lists. Then
when they are reviewed, you may push to the staging repo. I'll check
things out and then commit to the master repo. After a few times doing
this, you can just commit directly to the master repo (after review).

    Sound good?

I'd like to see patches to address the review items that Martin
pointed out to start. For these, I dont think there is much that is
contentious, so you can post the patches to the mailing list and push to
staging/ at the same time, as long as the changes only touch
pkg/debian/. I will merge into master.

Keep in mind that Martin's word is not law, there may be some
legitimate discussion on some of the points, so if you do not agree with
any of the points, lets discuss.
