firmware-tools and firmware-addon-dell now in Ubuntu Hardy Universe

firmware-tools and firmware-addon-dell packages have now been uploaded to
the Ubuntu Hardy release, Universe section.  This will make it even
easier for users to be able to update their system BIOS.


My thanks to the Ubuntu MOTU team, the folks in #ubuntu-motu on
FreeNode, and in particular, those who commented on the packages in
REVU and gave me helpful pointers to improve the packaging.
