Is the firmware repository going out of date?

Just ran an update_firmware on a new PE 2950 and received this:

Checking Dell PERC 5/i Integrated Controller 1 Firmware - 5.2.1-0067
        Available:
pci_firmware(ven_0x1028_dev_0x0015_subven_0x1028_subdev_0x1f03) - 5.1.1-0040
Did not find a newer package to install that meets all installation
checks.
Checking System BIOS for PowerEdge 2950 - 2.0.1
        Available: system_bios(ven_0x1028_dev_0x01b2) - 1.5.1
Did not find a newer package to install that meets all installation
checks.

This system does not appear to have any updates available.
No action necessary.

Looks like all the firmwares that I have on the system are up to date but
the repository doesn't have the current versions only the previous versions.

Manually browsed the repository and in fact the latest version of the system
BIOS that is available in the repository for the PE 2950 is the 1.5.1version.

Ran into this issue on a couple of other systems, can't remember the makes
but the latest firmware in the repository is not the latest available.

Is this normal? Does the repository get regenerated quaterly or something
along those lines?
