Can you download the files from:
http://linux.dell.com/repo/software/bios-hdrs/pci_firmware_ven_0x1000_dev_0x0054_subven_0x1028_subdev_0x1f09_version_a02/

and rerun this test?

I'm rebuilding the RPMs with the missing file, but it will take a little
while to complete.
