minor updates to firmware_tools_gui

Just a quick note. I've released a new version which supports:
 
 - upgrade and downgrade(*new) of system BIOS
 - upgrade and downgrade(*new) of PERC 4 and 5.
 - Fixed a couple of backwards compatibility bugs on RHEL4.

This means that if you have the appropriate BIOS images on the local
system, you can use the GUI to flash back and forth. (Useful for testing
purposes.) :)
