Bootstrap setup on RHEL4 does not get firmware-addon-dell

Hi,

I have a RHEL4 install on a PE4600 with all the latest updates from RHN.

I followed the steps in
http://linux.dell.com/wiki/index.php/Repository/firmware#Putting_it_all_
together For RHEL. 

Both the wget lines worked without a problem.

But up2date -i firmware-addon-dell gives me this:
