Dell firmware repository updates

Everybody,

    I have made some progress in adding new firmware updates to the
firmware repository. The repository now contains updates for: system
BIOS for most Dell computer systems(*), LSI-manufactured PERC4 cards,
all PERC5 variants (that I know of) as well as the SAS5 variants (that I
know of).

    If you have previously set up a system to point the repository, you
can simply rerun the "bootstrap_firmware" part of the install to pull
down any new packages that apply to your system. See the wiki for
details on this.

(*) There are a few Dell models that do not support the RBU-based update
method that this version uses. In those cases, the bootstrap_firmware
command will not find any system bios. I'm working on these, but cannot
give any dates or anything like that.
