That's a good idea.  I don't know that the release notes are posted
in a common way such that we could automatically grab them
programatically though.  Needs some investigation.

Probably not.  The tools extract BIOS for all the systems that have
the capability of being updated "remotely" (e.g. not using a DOS
floppy).  If it doesn't exist for a particular old system, chances are
that system doesn't already have the capability of being updated, and
it won't grow that feature after end-of-support-life either.
