[PATCH]fix - extract_lsi for windows DUPs

Hello michael,

I haven't made any changes to copyLsi(). The unzip command in
extractHdrFromWindowsDuporInstallShield() in the extract_bios.py module
is called from the extract_hdr irrespective of whether it is a bios or
an lsi dup. so, instead of extracting only the .hdr or .rom files, it'll
extract everything and search for the necessary extensions in the
corresponding python modules.

  The extractLsiRomFromWindowsDup() function needs a comment similar to
the ...LinuxDup() function, about being able to skip extract due to
ordering.

  Also, please explain the change inside copyLsi() to the unzip command.
