[PATCH]fix - extract_lsi for windows DUPs

Sadhana,

  The extractLsiRomFromWindowsDup() function needs a comment similar to the ...LinuxDup() function, about being able to skip extract due to ordering.

  Also, please explain the change inside copyLsi() to the unzip command.
