dkms action mkrpm

I write to confirm that the latest release of dkms, 2.0.19-1, operates as I
expect - including the mkrpm action.

Thanks is due to all who looked at my issue with the mkrpm action using dkms
2.0.17.6-1, obtained from RPMForge.
