DKMS (megaraid_sas) and Redhat ES 4

Hi,

my problem is now fixed, here a litte info what i habe done:

firmware update of raid controller -> 5.2.1-0067

updated the driver to megaraid_sas-v00.00.03.16-1_R169624.tgz

after that i have to manually build initrd files

dmks build .....

dkms install ....

after that auto. install also works again :-)

ps: on 2 servers i also had some problems with a qlogic card, but this 
is also fixes now.
