DKMS git tree now available

With thanks to Michael Brown, DKMS now has a published GIT tree.  This
has tagged versions from the beginning of time through today.  You can
get it from:

$ git clone http://linux.dell.com/git/dkms.git

We hope you enjoy this new feature, and use this to suggest bugfixes
and new features in the form of git changesets. :-)
