Cool. I know it sounds sane, but that's because I've not gone into it 
too much so far - I'm sure I can make it much more convoluted if I just 
put my mind to it.

Yeah. But it's the previous exposure that I'm worried about and the 
incubation period - and the fact that I have symptoms. I've read that 
mass quantities of folate/vitamin C can help so I've added that to the 
list of medications I'm taking...and way too much coffee too.
