dkms 2.0.11 released, fixes reordering initrd modules on SuSE

Changes since 2.0.10:
- use -n <val> to all head and tail calls
- fix munging of /etc/sysconfig/kernel INITRD_MODULES= line
  so it doesn't move already-present entries to the end.  This
  prevents driver reordering in the initial ramdisk, which proper
  booting may rely upon the previous order of the listed modules.
