DKMS maintainer baton pass to Matt Domsch

Just wanted to put in a note with Matt's release of DKMS 2.0.9 that I've
handed over maintenance of DKMS to Matt Domsch.  With my @dell.com email
address going dark sometime in January (you can reach me at
gary at lerhaupt.com), we decided to make the switch.  I'll still be active
in the process, just not doing all the dirty work :)
