[Crowbar] essex.iso does not work

I was able to install it completely but DHCP discovery of secondary VMs is not working for me.

I am trying to deploy Essex.iso and when the virtual machine boots I get this message:

"error: No configuration file found.
No DEFAULT or UI configuration directive found!

"

Any help?
