[Crowbar] glance unmet dependencies: essex, hackday

Hi.

  I get the following error attempting to apply the glance proposal to 
node d00-30-48-b9-6d-0e. It appears I do not have the deps for apt. I 
looked on admin in crowbar-extra/glance but the only file is 
Packages.gz, which gunzips to an empty file. The file 
/opt/dell/barclamps/glance-filelist.txt exists and reports the recipes 
are imported. I looked at the glance.tar.gz file but did not see the 
files. What happened?
