[Crowbar] Deployable Crowbar VM

Zak,

I saw it - I think it's interesting. I can tell you that just maintaining the ISOs is hard for me right now, so adding a VM on top of that is too much for me to take on right now. I'd be happy to link people to one if it existed.

Note: we are making a change so that volatile barclamps are imported rather than bundled. I'm optimistic that will help reduce the churn on the ISO. Greg tells me that it will take a bit longer for that to mature so no one should get there expectations to high.

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to install Crowbar v1.2 in a VM using ISOs from this link: "
http://crowbar.zehicle.com/" but without success.

I used those videos for the installation and even to try to build my own
ISO:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WAUKMlawrPw&noredirect=1
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FsOBaAiDgYs

Sometimes i'm getting the /tftpboot/ directory, sometimes not.

Even with the /tftpboot/ i'm not getting the web UI after installing the
tools using "./intall <domainname> " command.

So i was thinking if it possible to share an OVF so that would be possible
to deploy the VM without trying to install the system.

Thanks guys for the work, keep it going.

Zak.
