[Crowbar] Roadmap / Sprint updates on wiki

Sorry for the delay in updates, I've been traveling during our planning days.

I've finally updated https://github.com/dellcloudedge/crowbar/wiki/Roadmap

Note: in 1.3 we are laying the foundations for gated check-ins using the dev tool scripts (dev.sh). We are doing internal testing on the tool now but you can review the code. In the next sprints, we will publish tips to install and build using the new dev tool process. Consequently, you will see members of the Dell Crowbar team submitting pull requests rather than simply pushing code directly to trunk.

Here's what I added for sprints:

*        CentOS & RHEL 6.2 support

*        Cloudera Manager 3.7 barclamp (will be moved to open source shortly).  This _alternative_ deploy approach for Hadoop include Cloudera Manager (free version) plus bundles the CDH distribution and adds management and upgrade capabilities.

*        Import Barclamp Feature Dev Work

*        Improvements/Fixes to IMPI

*        Initial use by Dell team of "dev tool" for feature branches and gated check-in

*        Internal work to support Dell 12g Servers (R720xd & C6220) that officially launched this week <shameless_plug>these amazingly dense systems are well suited for cloud & big data workloads: http://dell.to/y4heEY </shamless_plug>

*        Import Feature Released - this will allow testing/deploy of new barclamps without a full Crowbar ISO install!  Watch for http://crowbar.zehicle.com to switch to more core ISOs that require you to import barclamps.

*        Initial Ubuntu 12-04 support (this version is not release yet, so expect changes!)

*        Essex Barclamps

o   There is a new Skype channel for "OpenStack Essex" work now

o   We are using the Canonical packages for Essex (for Diablo++ we used Rackspace Cloud Builders)

*        Preliminary Quantum Barclamp (https://github.com/cloudedge/barclamp-quantum)

*        Stretch goal: Cloudera Manager barclamp to open source (https://github.com/cloudedge/barclamp-cloudera).
