[Crowbar] nova stuck was: using loopback with Swift?

Jumped ahead to Nova -- it did something weird, the proposal is showing 'in
progress', but the nodes all read 'ready'. I can't dequeue or delete the
proposal from the UI.. Is there any way to nuke it and restart?
