[Crowbar] failure to deploy swift - cookbook apt not found

Can you make sure you're environment matches what's described here: https://github.com/dellcloudedge/crowbar/wiki/Swift--barclamp

(# of disks, networking and such)

Hmmm... I really don't mess around with the Swift recipe that much.

Andi, do you have any idea what to do here?
